The mobility in Bitonto, Italy, took place from 27 to 31 March 2023.The first day all the delegations met at school ITES Vitale Giordano where the headmaster welcomed them with a ceremony in the auditorium of the school. After visiting the building, the laboratories and the gyms, the delegations presented their works concerning the topics to be discussed in Italy. Then, the coordinators and teachers had a meeting to discuss about the following mobilities and the deadlines of the works to be prepared. After lunch all the groups had a workshop at Patriarca restaurant to discover and taste the local traditional food such as extra virgin oil, almonds and old flours. The second day the delegations went to FABLAB, Politecnico of Bari, for a workshop about creativity and social innovation. Discovering the beauties of the territory was the aim of the third day: Alberobello ( Unesco world heritage city of Trulli ) and Polignano a mare with its balconies overlooking the sea. The fourth day the delegations visited a local biological pottery entreprise and had a workshop “The creativity of ceramics”. The last day was dedicated to the visit of Matera, the magical stone city, Unesco world heritage.
